Book Review, Favourite

Tatiana and Alexander by Paullina Simons

Two weeks, it took me two weeks and I finished book 2 Tatiana and Alexander in The Bronze Horseman series last night.

I cried my heart out through and through in this book. I feel it was even harder to read than book 1, which in itself had already wrecked me and ripped my heart wide open. Book 2 is so much harder to read than book 1 for so many different reasons. I try to picture myself being Alexander and Tatiana, and try to feel what they must be feeling in those years, and for the life of me I cannot even endure the idea of trying to live through what they are going through. It breaks my heart.

It is so hard, so emotional, it is heartbreaking but at the same time it is so so beautiful. You know sometimes something in your life time will leave a mark on your soul and this is what The Bronze Horseman did to me.

I feel like I was blind before and now I can see. I feel like I was numb before and now I can feel. The Bronze Horseman will pursue me to eternity.
